Subscription terms

Prices

All prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT.

Billing period and automatic renewal
The monthly plan renews every month and the yearly plan every year, automatically and on the same plan, until you cancel; each period's fee is charged to your saved card.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial is only on the yearly plan. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged; otherwise the yearly fee is charged at the end of day 7 and the subscription starts.
Cancellation
Cancel from Account → Subscription or by emailing info@legalenglishtr.com; no reason is asked. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period: access continues until then, you are not charged again, and the unused part of the current period is not refunded.
Delivery
This is a digital service: as soon as payment is confirmed, the premium sections open in the mobile app. Nothing is shipped.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
The scope of the right of withdrawal for digital content and subscriptions, and its exception, are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement; you confirm them again at checkout.
Payment
Payments are taken through iyzico (a payment institution authorised under Turkish Law No. 6493) with 3D Secure; we never see or store your card details. For automatic renewal your card is stored by the payment institution, and you give separate consent to that at checkout. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Troy, American Express.
App-store subscriptions
Subscriptions started inside the mobile app through the app store are governed by the store's terms; you manage their renewal and cancellation from your store account.
